I went to Michigan Adventures! FUN and Designer Whey

Something really cool using Designer Whey products. My family went to Michigan Adventures, a theme park here in
Michigan. Normally when we go, my family runs ahead to get in line for the rides and I catch up. We also normally pig out, eating all the fun yummy amusement park foods that are high fat, high salt and high calories.

Since I am on a healthy track and have been using Designer Whey products in my new eating plan to get the 100 pounds off that I need to lose, I did not want to consume any of the amusement park foods, though I did have kettle corn, hard to pass that up.  I brought the 2GO packets and my can of strawberry flavored 100 calorie power. I consumed the designer whey products all day (14 hours) for my meals. To my amazement I was satisfied, was not hungry, did not focus on eating and was able to keep up with my family! My husband even commented that he noticed a big difference between last year and this year. Losing 18 pounds so far helped that too but I contribute having the energy to keep up to consuming the designer whey. Even when we got home I was not exhausted. I could have gone another few hours, but my family was tooooo tired, this time. Besides the park closed, I don’t think they would have kept open just because I could keep going!

We even had a down pour and had to run to our car…I jogged and kept pretty close behind my family…sooo happy!!! Maybe jogging is in my future!

Wow I love Michigan Adventures we are going at the end of the month. It is great about your weight loss and being able to keep up with your family. That is one of the reasons I want to lose some weight, so I can actually ride the rides. Great job and continued success on your weight loss journey.

Great job with staying on plan and not eating amusement park food. I love kettle corn too so I wouldn’t pass it up.
