Protein…Protein…Protein

One thing I have noticed about me by getting enough protein…my stamina and energy is way up… I lasting through the day and it feels great. When I had the body machine on it said I should get 100-124 grams a protein a day. it was hard at first to accomplish that. I have 6 meals a day so 20 grams each meal. 1/2 c cottage cheese has 14 and good whole grain bread has 6… south beach meal bar has 19 grams of protein. Some Lean cuizines have 20 grams… it really has made a difference. Try increasing your protein. I am 5′9″ and weigh about 290. I think the ladyy said most women should get 100-124 and most men 124-150 grams of Protein

GET a PEDOMETER! It is a great feeling when I get my 10, 000 steps in. Not as hard as I thought it would be. It really helps to see how you are doing and they are not the expensive.

    Great advice. I bought my pedometer 3 days ago, but haven’t really used it much. I will do it starting as soon as I get up in the morning. Glad to hear that the protein is making a positive difference for you.

    I am just starting to realize the importance of protein….I used to focus so much on fiber for the fullness. Glad I saw your blog today..I could use some stamina!
